The 2025 State 4-H Dairy Quiz Bowl Contest was held Monday, January 29th, at Rock

Eagle 4-H Center, with 6 senior teams and 9 junior teams participating in the contest. The final results are as follows:

Junior Competition:

1st Place Team: Hart County Team A - Team members included: Marisa Berelc, Mille Colson, Gracie Ricks, Rhett

Wallace

2nd Place: Hart County Team B

3rd Place: Hall County

Senior Competition:

1st Place: Burke County - team members included: Dailey Blanchard, Macey Doyen, Sara Morgan Sapp,

Emree Williams, Madalyn Zittrouer

2nd Place: Oconee County

3rd Place: Hall County

The 2025 State 4-H Dairy Judging Contest was held Friday April 17, at the UGA

Livestock Instructional Arena in Athens. Seven junior teams and three senior

teams with 45 total participants competed. The competition’s placings are below.

Junior Competition:

1^st Place Team: Hall County - Members included Adalyn Giles, Sophia Gloss, Dusty Adams, and Silas Nix.

2^nd place: Morgan County

3^rd place: Burke County

High individual: Adalyn Giles from Hall County

2^nd high individual: Isley Allen from Gordon County

3^rd high individual: Garrett Doyen from Burke County

Senior Competition:

1^st place team: Coweta County - Members included Justice Benjamin, Lesley Nichols, Josie Roberson, and Josiah Benjamin

2^nd place team: Burke County

3^rd place team: Gordon County

High senior individual: Sara Morgan Sapp from Burke County

2^nd high individual: William Parrish from Gordon County

3^rd high individual: Justice Benjamin from Coweta County

Congratulations to all individuals who studied and practiced to compete at these Georgia 4-H dairy events. Thank you to all Extension Agents, volunteer coaches, host dairies and to Rock Eagle and UGA for hosting excellent events which would not have existed without their time and efforts.
