Meet Savannah Helton

Hi, my name is Savannah Helton. I attend White County High School. I am 16 years old, and I come from a large family with several brothers and sisters. I was never truly introduced to agriculture until my sixth grade year when I became involved in Future Farmers of America. I fell in love with the organization, everything it stood for and it quickly began to shape my interest. I particularly had an interest in the dairy industry, however it wasn't until I was in ninth grade that I decided to start showing commercial dairy heifers. From that day forward I've continued to grow in my knowledge of the industry and it has strengthened my passion for all things dairy. This journey has allowed me to meet so many new people who have become a second family to me. In my free time I enjoying hanging out with friends, fishing with my papa, and taking walks with me puppy.
